Staud "Mariposa" Cotton Poplin Skirt in White, size Large. Fits true to size (with a little wiggle room, since the back of the waist is elasticated). So dramatic! And so chic! I love a full skirt (as you know), and this one is a gem - the ease of cotton but a silhouette that is anything but boring! Like, don't wear it to a restaurant where the tables are SO close together - you'll brush everyone's food right off the table when you go to the bathroom! But absolutely wear it for a party, or for a fun afternoon of shopping! The bubble hem design gives it a lot of movement when you walk. The waistband measures 32 inches, unstretched, and stretches to a max of 38 inches. It has a zipper to get on and off, it's just a matter of how high or low on the waist you want it to sit.
