This is the smallest size they made - and they can be worn high waisted or low and slouchy - so there's some wiggle room, but good for sizes 24-26 in my opinion. The waistband measures 14.25 flat. 41 inches TOTAL length, from waistband to hem, but the rise is 12 inches, and the inseam is 30 inches. 100% cotton. In excellent condition.
