It's designed to sit on the hips, so this is nothing like a 32 in jeans - but if you're a measurements girl - you already know that (right?). 23 inches flat across at the hips, designed to be worn very baggy. 35 inches in total length, where it hits your leg will depend on where you sit them on your hip. 60% viscose, 40% wool.
