They have an elasticated waistline (and also a fly, so you don't have to pull them on like sweatpants), and a hem with a toggle which allows you to gather them as desired. These are ideal for a girl that wants a dramatic look - they're pretty epic! Done in a substantial denim (probably NOT for wear in summer), and they're nice and long - great if you're tall or you are wearing with heels! The waistband stretches from 32 inches to 38 inches. 16 inch rise. 32 inch inseam. 47 inches total length (Where it hits will depend on how high or low you wear them on your waist). 100% cotton.
