It's really best for someone who has a very small waist and really full hips. Like your waist is a small and your hips are a medium. This absolutely INCREDIBLE skirt, done in a unique printed felted knit (almost like a sueded finish - it's hard to describe but it's sooo nice) - perfect for an evening out in fall and winter - especially for those that like to stay cozy - it's substantial! The model here is 5'7" for reference - and the skirt is a little big for her and it's sitting lower on her waist. Zip closure at the waist. 62% viscose, 30% polyamide, 6% polyester, 2% elastane.
