Nili Lotan "Eva" Navy Satin Dress, size XS. Fits true to size (some wiggle room, since it's a bias cut), but might need to be altered for a petite girl (the torso is on the longer side, since it's meant to blouse a little bit). This dress pulls on over the head, and has an elasticated waistband. Lightweight and SO beautiful - this could cover so much ground, for so many different kinds of events. I really appreciate a dress that you can both wear a normal bra with, and wear all year round. It's a rare combination!! 18 inches from shoulder to waist. 24 inches from waist to hem. 100% silk.
