The waistband measures a max of 18 inches flat (there is no fly, so it pulls on over the butt - so these might be tricky if you're curvy and your hips are larger than 36 inches - the waist can then be cinched as needed with the drawstring). 34 inches total length, where it hits the ankles will depend on where it sits on your waist, and your height of course. 97% cotton, 3% elastane.
