The new Nike Zoom Fly SP collaboration with Nathan Bell captures an unspoken truth that a lot of runners can relate to: a love/hate relationship with running. Bell, an artist and designer who specializes in hand drawings paired with clever text and wordplay, was approached by Nike to work on a new Zoom Fly SP design after they saw his solo show at a gallery. Its translucent mesh upper is covered in inspirational phrases for athletes like “K(no)w Finish Lines” and “Try & Stop Me.” Nike’s Swoosh is drawn onto the toe box alongside drawings of flowers and other doodles. Lightly worn and in very good condition. Originally retailed for about $220CAD, and selling here for $95CAD!
