It's a very exclusive brand that you can only find in one boutique in Canada - it's easier to find in Europe though, of course. This dress features a drawstring waistband - which allows you to adjust it to fit - which is great if she is growing and planning to wear it over several seasons. This model here is 5'1" for reference, and normally wears a size 12/14 in kids or a womens size xxs/xs. 33 inches in length. Armpit to armpit is 19 inches. The waistband is 30 inches max, with a little stretch, and can be cinched in as needed. 17 inches from the waistband to the hem.
