Louis Vuitton "Nubie" Weekender Bag in Leather. Such an incredibly chic travel bag - it definitely evokes a whole other era of elegance! Not many of us travelling by ocean liner these days, but I think it's great for those that take the road trip as a modern art form. Great for the person who pops back and forth between YVR and Whistler a lot - or whenever a suitcase is actually more awkward than a bag. The long leather strap sits easily on the shoulder, but can be removed if you prefer to just use the handle. It is quite a secure bag, it has the flap top that straps into place, with a zipper closure underneath that, and then the zip pouch on the interior for smaller thing or valuables. The lining is a luxurious burgundy ultrasuede. Not to be a total salesperson about it, but this is a pretty rare piece, and would be a very cool piece for the LV collector out there. I mean, sure, it could be cool for the person who owns nothing else from the company, and just likes the timeless, low key luxury vibes of a great piece of luggage. 21 inches wide x13 inches tall x 11 deep. It does not appear to have been used very often, I would maybe say once? But it does have a few little marks here and there, some water marks type thing? It did have some scratches but they polished out with a leather conditioner quite easily - that's the thing that is sort of nice about this natural leather that Vuitton uses - the patina it develops over time is sooooo beautiful. Comes with the original dust bag. Purchased from the Vuitton boutique in Toronto - the seller is the original owner. Originally around $6000CAD, and selling here for $2495CAD!
