Super playful - this Aussie designer is one of my TOTAL favourites - her work is fun but still modern. Done in a structured but soft (I love this quality of fabric), the puff sleeve silhouette holds it's shape without being overly stiff - and features a comfortable elastic neckline (which can be worn on shoulder or off shoulder).
