Wear nothing underneath (or a bathing suit if you MUST), and if you're really lucky, the wind make the dress billow! The silk is very light, nearly sheer (perfect if you're not too conservative about nudity), and moves like only silk of this quality can when you walk. 48 inches from the shoulder to the top of the flounce, and 17 inches from the flounce to the hem. 100% silk.
