A perfect piece for warm weather - super lightweight and flowy and perfect with shorts! 30 inches armpit to armpit, but it's supposed to be hanging low and loose and drapey, but it's an artistic choice not a right/wrong kinda thing. The shoulders can be tied to adjust to your preference, but lets say like 23 inches in length? Again, that measurement could be adjusted, but from the where the top meets the strap to the hem is 18 inches. 100% viscose. In excellent condition - like new.
