It's like a T-shirt on top, with crazy volume puffed bottom!! It feels like it’s stuffed with some kind of crinoline maybe? The T-shirt portion lines the inside of the puff area though so it’s super comfy. Wear it as a dress if you’re petite or as a tunic (it’s 29 inches long, but since it puffs it can be shorter, depending on how you puff it)!
