So pretty for a night out - cute for dinner, cute for a party!! I feel like it's so essential to have a celebratory dress like this - something that looks great under low light. Ties at the waist, and featuring a ruffled trim skirt. It's hard to tell from the photos - but the dress is really light and stretchy - it's very soft on the inside. 62% Polyester, 30% Metallic fibers, 8% Elastane.
