It's something that you could layer or wear alone, with sneakers, sandals or boots! 17.5 inches armpit to armpit, and flares out from there - it's 26 inches flat across at the hips. 48 inches in length from shoulder to hem, but you could adjust the straps if needed. 100% cotton.
