The fabric is a lovely light silk crepe de chine - could work all year except the very very hottest and the very very coldest. Button front opening. Elasticated waist. Functional buttons on the front of the skirt portion too, but the dress does go on over the head. 2 large front pockets. 21 inches armpit to armpit. 36 inches in length. The skirt part is lined!
