Elastic back half of the waistband keeps these tomboyish casual pants nice and comfy. They have that perfect relaxed feel, exactly what you'd want for a weekend on the sailboat, or at the beach, or at the pool. They are a hard fit if you are VERY curvy, since they are kinda straighter cut. Not see through, per se, but you can't wear Hello Kitty underwear and keep it a secret either.
