Directional, but easy to wear in any season, since it allows for whatever layers you want. The styling options are endless - which is EXACTLY how it's designed - an extra button closure allows you to close it more, and the zippers allow you to do all kinds of stuff from tucking it in or belting it as shown on the model here.
