Okay - so this skirt says size 6 on the tag - and the waistband measures 30 inches unstretched - but the waistband is SOOO stretchy, and there is a lot of fabric - I think the person who will be the happiest with this is someone is more of an XXL - 3X. The waistband very comfortably stretches to 60 inches. 100% cotton, in excellent condition - hemmed to 34 inches in length (midi length), from it's original maxi length. Originally like $1000CAD
