Partially elasticated back of the waistband. 28 inch waistband unstretched (stretches to like 33 inches - but they aren't pull on - so it's just so you can move in them comfortably). 11.25 inch rise. 31 inch inseam. 42 inches total length (in case you are wondering where it will hit at the hem based on where you sit the waistband, high or low). 100% cotton.
