They're done in a thick stretch ponte fabric - it's the comfort of leggings but obviously way more luxurious and much more polished. Super cute with an oversize white poplin shirt! 11 inch rise. 27 inch inseam. The waistband is 17 inches, flat, unstretched, and stretches pretty comfortably to about 23 inches to get on and off. The hips are 23 inches flat and stretch about 3 inches, for what would probably be like 50/52 inch hip? Depending on how you wanted them to fit. 83% viscose, 12% nylon, 5% elastane.
