Done with some stretch, so it's comfy - pair with anything from heels to flat sandals. Frayed hem. Zip fly. 10 inch rise. 10 inch inseam. The waistband measures 16.5 inches, or 17 inches if I pulled it taught, measured flat. 98% cotton, 2% polyurethane. Lightly worn and in very good condition.
