Local Woman "Leia" Ruffle Top in Black, fits S-M depending on how you want it to fit (it has no size tag). This Toronto based brand is ABSOLUTELY worth checking out if you've never come across them before - they make such cute things (this top is a staple in the collection - they make a dress version of it too!). It features soft, sweeping ruffles that give way to a dramatic plunging back, and a full length sleeve. It hits just above the hip - perfect for tucking. It pulls on, no zips. 24 inches shoulder to hem. 20 inches armpit to armpit. No fabric tag - but I'm pretty sure it's a blend of linen and silk. In excellent condition.
