The CUTEST little pleated skirt from a beautiful kids brand from Belgium (I always compare it to Dries, but for kids, since their prints are really strong). Elasticated waistband makes it nice and comfy. 13.5 inches in length. The elastic is 11 inches, flat, unstretched.
