The top has adjustable shoulder straps and a tie back, so has lots of wiggle room to adjust the fit. The skirt is just past the knee on most, and features pleats around the waistband (which gives it a flowy fit - it has lots of movement!), a zip back closure, and pockets. 28 inches waistband. 24 inches in length. 100% rayon.
