You can wear these cuffed or uncuffed, depending on what feels better for you on the day. SUCH a great pair of shorts - enough vibe that they aren't boring, but really functional. The fabric is neither too heavy nor too light - it's just right. 100% cotton. In excellent condition. Originally retailed for around $500CAD, and selling here for $165CAD!
