Fauré le Page "Daily Battle 27 w Zip" Tote in Grey. If you're not familiar with the brand, don't be too hard on yourself! They are a bit of an IYKYN thing. Originally founded in 1717, they made firearms for French nobility, but now they are a small, more traditional luxury goods house. Very hard to find (with no stores in North America) - you could loosely compare them to Goyard (the old trunkmakers, turned luxury goods company!) I suppose? The Daily Battle bag, as it's called, is a permanent collection staple of the brand (it comes in several sizes), and is both lightweight and durable. It's great for everyday (and travelling too, for sure). The canvas is screen-printed with the brand's iconic Scale motif, and the corners of the bag are done in grained calfskin (inspired by the corner reinforcements on hunting cases). It has a zip closure, to keep your goodies secure, and the interior features a double flat pocket and a zipped interior pocket. Two adjustable handles, which means it can be carried on the shoulder or on the arm. Width: 25 cm. Height: 22 cm. Depth: 13 cm. Made in France. In excellent 9.5/10 condition - used only a few times. Comes with original dustbag. The seller is the original owner - she purchased it in Paris from the shop there. Currently retails for $1490USD, and selling here for $1475CAD!
