Eliza Faulkner "Lucille" Floral Skirt, size Small. Fits true to size, for someone with a slim waist. If you love a full skirt, but don't like too much fabric around your waist - this design is for you! That v-front (called a Basque waistband by the designer) is beautiful - the structured and slightly glossy polyester crepe fabric she used here is perfect for maintaining the silhouette. Concealed zipped closure at the back. Made in Montreal! The very top of the waistband measures 13.5 inches flat. 31.5 inches in length. 100% polyester. In excellent condition - no signs of wear.
