On the middle belt loop it measures 33 inches/85cm around - and works for approximately a size medium (or, for someone wearing it over something a little thicker, maybe even more of a S/M). So chic, a lovely fine belt for wearing over anything as delicate as a silk dress, to something as refined as a crisp poplin shirt. 100% leather. Tags removed but never worn!
