Functionally measures 30-34 inches - so depending on whether or not you are planning on wearing it over a dress or over a blazer, not a bad idea to measure what's comfortable on yourself. In excellent condition - but has been stored in a rolled position, so tends to take that shape! The leather is fairly sturdy, so it won't affect how it lays when on the body at all.
