Button front closure, which doesn't button all the way down - the fabric is light and has LOTS of movement - it's beautiful design for any season - pair with anything from sneakers to sandals to boots! 30 inches actual waistband - this is NOT like a 30 in jeans - it's more like a 27/28 in jeans to wear it quite fitted and a 26/27 in jeans to wear it a little lower/more comfy. If you're not a measuring tape kinda girl - please reconsider and measure some garments you own (and like the fit of) to get an idea of things! 35 inches in length. 53% viscose, 47% rayon.
