Elasticated waistband, and a flowy cut in the hips - it's SOO flattering and so pretty!! Perfect for anything from a cute day look with flat sandals, or in place of a dress with heels for more of an "occasion". The sides are a sheerer silk - so sexy. Phillip Lim never gets enough credit for how good the fabrics are. Absolutely stunning. Hook and eye closure on the front. 100% silk. In excellent condition.
