Vintage Red Wallet on Chain from Takashimaya New York. There are no brand markings on it at all sadly! Do you remember Takashimaya?? OMG it was soo cool. Such an incredible Fifth Avenue institution. The bag is leather, and is mostly leather interior. It's SUCH a rad silhouette - a very unusual shape, and larger than your usual wallet on chain style bag. At 40/41 inches in total length, the strap sits as a very short crossbody, or on the shoulder. The strap is removable if you prefer to use it at a clutch. There are 7 card slots, and a coin pouch. It would awkward to put chunky things in it, like a lipstick, but flat things, like a phone, NO problem at all. The seller can't recall the exact original price she paid, but with vintage, it's not that relevant anyway, since everything is 87299 the price it used to be anyway! Selling here for $145CAD!
