Such a beautiful texture to the fabric that it really sets it apart from a simple white dress! Wear it over your bathing suit, wear it with western boots - take it absolutely anywhere! Hook and eye closures in the front allow you to control the neckline. The tie belt comes with it, but you can leave it off if you want a looser, drop waisted silhouette. 100% cotton.
